New wave of coronavirus: when COVID-19 will cover Ukraine and what areas are at risk
In the next two weeks, there will be a new wave of COVID-19 infections in Ukraine. As noted in the forecast of the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), the highest risk of an outbreak of coronavirus is in the Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, and Khmelnytskyi regions. They account for half of the growing number of hospitalizations in the country.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba, in an article for the outlet Foreign Affairs, said that the Russian Federation continues to build up its military potential in Crimea, including nuclear one. He noted that the Russian side uses the occupied peninsula "as a logistics hub for military activity in the Middle East." The Kremlin has not yet commented on Kuleba's statement.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has approved the allocation of $650 billion to revitalize the world economy from its reserves. The statement of the Head of the organization, Kristalina Georgieva, indicates that about half of this amount—$275 billion—will go to the development of countries with emerging economies.
