Long-awaited victory: Amsterdam court rules that Scythian Gold must be returned to Ukraine
The Amsterdam Court of Appeal decided to return the items of the exhibition Crimea. Golden Island in the Black Sea, that is Scythian Gold, to the territory of the sovereign state of Ukraine. The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this on his Twitter page.
Ukraine gets assistance worth 600 million euros from European Union
The European Union has allocated 600 million euros in macro-financial assistance to Ukraine. This is the second and final tranche under the current assistance program. The previous tranche of 600 million euros was in December 2020. In general, the volume of macro-financial loans the EU provided to Ukraine is about 4.4 billion euros.
