Russia does not mind US joining Normandy Format
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the RF believes that the United States can join the Normandy Format and there are no contraindications to this. This was stated by Oleg Krasnitsky, Acting Director of the Third European Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, according to RIA Novosti.
