Russia ordered "Syrian butcher" Dvornikov to seize Sievierodonetsk by June 10 — Haidai
Alexander Dvornikov, the commander of Russian troops in Ukraine, was ordered to take Sievierodonetsk under the full control of the Russian armed forces by June 10, the head of the Luhansk regional military administration Serhiy Haidai said.
