Ukrainian Defense Intelligence and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have completed the evacuation of 315 people from the Gaza Strip as instructed by the President of Ukraine.
The news was reported by the press service of Defense Intelligence.
In total, 315 people have been evacuated from the danger zone, including 304 Ukrainians, two Palestinians, and nine citizens of Moldova.
Among those saved from Gaza were two injured people, a woman with cancer, a pregnant woman, and two people who were coordinating Ukrainian Defense Intelligence officers immediately in the conflict zone.
What is known about the evacuation of Ukrainian citizens?
On November 9, 160 Ukrainians were evacuated from the Gaza Strip, as well as nine citizens of Moldova.
As of November 11, 214 Ukrainians had been evacuated from Gaza.
On November 24, it was reported that Ukraine evacuated eight more people during the day. Another 26 citizens arrived from Egypt in Moldova.
On December 8, another 43 Ukrainians were evacuated from Gaza. Ukrainian diplomats take care of them there. The people are planned to be transported to one of the countries neighboring Ukraine.
